New Construction

With over 15 years of experience in the residential construction industry and literally hundreds of homes under his tool belt, Justin Ellett and his wife, Angela, incorporated Ellett Homes, INC. in the year 2000. 

Natives of Portland, Oregon, Justin and Angela moved to the Treasure Valley specifically so that Justin could enhance his homebuilding skills as the construction foreman for his uncle’s residential building company. 

As a foreman, Justin was in charge of virtually every aspect of a home’s construction. 

This experience introduced him to a wide range building skills, but perhaps more importantly, to network of skilled sub-contractors in the Treasure Valley.

• Each home that Justin builds is custom built to his high expectations.
• To meet these high standards, only the most skilled sub-contractors are used in the construction process. 

Justin prides himself on the level of quality brought to each of his homes and is personally involved in every aspect of the construction process. 

His specialty is quality construction with a “hands on” touch…cutting corner is not an option. 

Oftentimes on weekends, you can find Justin and at one of his homes completing small tasks and tidying things up.

Ellett Homes, INC. has built custom homes and spec homes in both subdivisions and infill projects. 

In the past, critics of infill projects had nothing but praise for one of Justin’s homes (Idaho Statesman 08/14/05), ironically, an infill home constructed on the site of an old tavern saying:

One home we are delighted to see was once an eyesore and a major source of trouble in our neighborhood is now an attractive, three-bedroom home.
